Evo Yachts T2 by Valerio Rivellini, was in reality a one-off for a Sanlorenzo 46 metre owner. After having seen the result Alfredo and Rosario Mercuri brand owners decided to invest into making this versatile boat a production series.
In fact Alfredo and Rosario Mercuri said:” When Valerio Rivellini presented us with the idea of a custom tender we decided there and then to accept the new challenge. Today as we watch the new Evo T2 in the water we can’t help being satisfied by our decision. We’re absolutely clear to continue production of this model which opens up a new market segment for us while extending our range”.

Created as a superyacht tender, Evo T2 is also a perfect day boat equipped with all the amenities and features the owner and his family require when spending whole days on the water independently of their mother ship.
“Right from the outset, the owner had very clear ideas: he wanted something luxurious, elegant and highly performing, all at the same time. Working with the owner’s representative Tonino Cappiello, we analyzed the products available on the market and decided the best way forward was to design a custom tender. We successfully satisfied all the owner’s needs by building a product that embodies the Evo Yachts spirit in terms of aesthetics and functionality. I’m proud of the end result of this synergy with an outstanding shipyard”, commented designer Valerio Rivellini.

Evo T2 slots into that niche of transformer boats from Evo Yachts as the much appreciated 43 and the new R6 clearly show, both are by Valerio Rivellini. The tender version boasts an electrically operated steering console which will raise or lower to just 1.45 metres to fit neatly into the garage. The remaining area of the deck space offers a sofa/sun bed, a coffee table and a fridge built inside a cabinet. A battery charger comes as standard as do the engine and service batteries, a 12-24 Volt converter, shore line, place for a seabob charging gear for two of them, an anchor and electric windlass, a tow hook for water ski buffs and a hydraulically operated bathing ladder.

Thanks to automation, all on board functions can be controlled and monitored via a touch screen panel or from a smartphone. The engine compartment is easily accessible. The T2 is equipped with a 300HP inboard engine coupled to a hydro jet transmission delivering a top speed of 36 knots.
